There is now an on-line Public Records Request form available. To access it, just click on the "Quick Links" tab in the upper right corner of the homepage and then click on the large blue square labeled "Public Records Request Form". Your request will be sent directly to the City Clerk's Office. You will also receive an email indicating that your request has been received, along with a unique identifying number that will allow you to check the progress of your request.
