City Hall to function as warming center

City Hall and other public facilities are closed for typical business Nov. 23, as crews clear away debris from this week's storm.  We encourage everyone to stay at home, shelter in place, until the roads are safe. If you need a place to warm up, City Hall will function as a warming center until 5 p.m.

GIS Services

The Geographic Information System (GIS) Services department is the team responsible for maintaining geographic and spatial data about the city. The dataset includes Sammamish's physical infrastructure, parcels, zoning, sensitive areas, and more.

GIS services provide staff with custom maps as needed. These maps help staff communicate, perform analysis, share information, and solve problems around the city.

GIS Services also enable the city to respond to service requests submitted by residents on the My Sammamish app.

IT Services

Information Technology Services is a team of technicians who respond to requests and provide troubleshooting support through our IT HelpDesk. They design systems to maintain and monitor the city's sensitive data.

This team also handles procurement, maintenance, and technical support for the city's systems. They support vital functions such as finance, permitting, and asset management.

Web Services

The Web Services team supports city staff through development, integration, and maintenance of web-based systems. This includes the city website as well as the intranet and public record requests.

This team also manages live broadcasting of city meetings on TV21. They also make those meeting videos available on-demand on the city’s YouTube channel.
