Passport Acceptance Services
Passport Services
The City of Sammamish is an official Passport Acceptance Facility, providing general information on passport procedures and serving as a liaison between applicants and the U.S. Passport Services Agency.
Appointments
The City of Sammamish offers in-person passport services by appointment only. The questions below will help you determine if you qualify for in-person passport services and what your next steps should be.
Booking an Appointment
Please note that appointments book out 45 days in advance. If you do not see any appointments available, please check back for additional time slots the following week.
To find information about other Passport Acceptance Facilities please visit travel.state.gov.
What to bring to your appointment
The Passport Appointment Checklist helps applicants identify which items to bring to their appointment, including required documents, payments, and other items. Please carefully review the fee information on page 1 of the checklist to ensure the proper form(s) of payment.
The checklist must be completed, printed, and brought to the appointment, along with the relevant items. Any missing items will require the applicant to reschedule their appointment for a later date.
Please note that passports for children under age 16 require both parents to be present at the appointment (see travel.state.gov/passports for more details and exceptions).
Additional Information
The information on this webpage is a summary and is not intended to describe all the passport rules and procedures set by the federal government. Please visit travel.state.gov/passport for additional information.
Please also note that the actual decision to issue or deny a passport is made only by a U.S. Passport Services Agency, not the City of Sammamish.
