NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY OF  

SAMMAMISH PLANNING COMMISSION 

 

Proposed changes to the City’s Development Regulations including updates to SMC Title 13 – Surface Water Management, SMC Title 14A – Public Facilities, SMC Title 16 – Buildings and Construction, SMC Title 19A – Land Division, SMC Title 20 – Administrative Procedures/Environmental Policy, SMC Title 21 – Historic Preservation, SMC Title 21A – Development Code, and SMC Title 21B – Town Center

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the City of Sammamish Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider changes to SMC Title 13 – Surface Water Management, SMC Title 14A – Public Facilities, SMC Title 16 – Buildings and Construction, SMC Title 19A – Land Division, SMC Title 20 – Administrative Procedures/Environmental Policy, SMC Title 21 – Historic Preservation, SMC Title 21A – Development Code, and SMC Title 21B – Town Center. The project also includes the creation of a Unified Development Code to centralize the City’s Development Regulations into one Title of the Sammamish Municipal Code.

 

HEARING SCHEDULE: This Public Hearing will be part of a regular meeting, which will start at 5:30 PM on July 15, 2021. WRITTEN COMMENT: Written public comment will be accepted until 5:00 pm July 15, 2021. Please submit written comment by email to Amber Malmberg at amalmberg@sammamish.us and planningcommission@sammamish.us.
