Louis Thompson Road Tightline
For the week starting Dec. 9, expect traffic delays of up to 15-minutes between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at these specific locations:

- Monday – Tuesday location: Downhill of 210th Place Southeast
- Wednesday – Friday location: Downhill of 208th Avenue Northeast

At times, traffic will have to be stopped both directions for up to 15-minutes. When safety allows, single lane closures will resume with less delay. Tree Removal
We will be temporarily closing Southeast 24th Street at the intersection of 200th Avenue Southeast on Monday, Dec. 9 between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. to manage the removal of a precariously hanging tree utilizing a large crane.
Puget Sound Energy Gas Main Work
Puget Sound Energy will be conducting gas main tie-in work on 228th Avenue Southeast starting Dec. 9, 2024. The work is anticipated to last for 6 days. Two southbound lane closures are expected between Southeast 21st Place and Southeast 24th Street, starting 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. Southbound traffic is redirected to the other side of 228th Ave SE during these times.
Ziply Fiber Installation
Ziply Fiber is installing underground high-speed fiber internet lines in select neighborhoods in Sammamish. Ziply will be reaching out to those affected neighborhoods with installation plans and schedules before they start construction. Expect minor traffic delays between 8am and 4pm along local roads during installation.
