Cone Zone 9/20/24: Sammamish Traffic Updates

Stormwater Pipe Inspection

The City will begin inspecting its pipes along with cleaning and other services as needed on various roads throughout Sammamish. Work will start Sept. 23 and is expected to last until the end of the year. There will be some traffic disruptions, but they are expected to be minimal, with occasional single-lane closures. Signage and traffic control will be in place when this occurs. Some of the City's major roadways are included in this work including: Issaquah Fall-City Road and Issaquah Pine Lake Road.

ADA barriers construction

One lane of Southeast 27th Street and the Wells Fargo entrance will be temporarily closed Sept. 24 from 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. There will be traffic control directing drivers. The far-right northbound/southbound lanes of 228th Avenue Southeast may also be temporarily closed.
