Puget Sound Energy to work on gas main

Puget Sound Energy is currently working on replacing a gas main for about a month between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Work is being done on Northeast 16th Street.

Fiber lines installation

Ziply will install fiber along 229th Avenue Northeast and also along 230th Avenue Northeast. Minor traffic delays can be expected between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Median landscaping

Crews will prune the center media along 228th between Southeast 8th and Issaquah Pine Lake Road. Work starts Sept. 30-Oct. 2. There will be some left lane closures on southbound 228th for this work.

Louis Thompson update

Shoulder grading begins along Louis Thompson south of 210th Place Southeast on Oct. 2 and Oct. 3. There will be some single-lane closures with flaggers directing traffic from 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Stormwater Pipe Inspection

The City will begin inspecting its pipes along with cleaning and other services as needed on various roads throughout Sammamish. Work will start Sept. 23 and is expected to last until the end of the year. There will be some traffic disruptions, but they are expected to be minimal, with occasional single-lane closures. Signage and traffic control will be in place when this occurs. Some of the City's major roadways are included in this work including: Issaquah Fall-City Road and Issaquah Pine Lake Road.
