Proposed Sale of Used and Surplus Vehicles & Equipment
Public Hearing Date: October 1, 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Sammamish City Council will be conducting a public hearing during their City Council regular meeting on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 6:30 PM. The purpose of said hearing is to declare as used and surplus with the intent to sell at auction certain vehicles and equipment in accordance with RCW 35.94.040.
HEARING SCHEDULE: Public testimony will be taken by the City Council on October 1, 2024, regarding the proposed sale of used and surplus vehicles and equipment. The public hearing will be part of the regular meeting, which will start at 6:30 PM at Sammamish City Hall Council Chambers – 801 228th Avenue SE. WRITTEN COMMENT: Written public comment will be accepted until 5:00 PM October 1, 2024 (the day of the meeting). Submit your written comments by email to the City Clerk at kkielsmeier@sammamish.us and citycouncil@sammamish.us.
VERBAL COMMENT: Up to 3 minutes of verbal public comment may be provided per person during the meeting. All City of Sammamish Council meetings are now receiving remote (online or phone-in) testimony by reasonable accommodation only. Verbal comments can be made in person at City Hall during the allotted time on the meeting agenda. Any requests for reasonable accommodation, requesting remote participation, must be sent in writing to the City Clerk at cityclerk@sammamish.us by no later than 5:00 PM on the meeting date.
