Proposed adoption of the Sammamish 2023-2028 Transportation Capital Improvement Plan


Public Hearing Date: June 7, 2022


Notice is hereby given that the City of Sammamish City Council will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the 2023-2028 Transportation Capital Improvement Plan (TCIP).


SUMMARY OF AMENDMENTS: The City is required by state law (RCW 35.77.010) to adopt a TCIP that covers the ensuing six years of planned transportation improvements and to update it annually. These updates must be pursuant to one or more public hearings, be consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and be adopted by July 1st of each year.


HEARINGS SCHEDULE: Public testimony will be taken by the City Council on June 7, 2022 regarding the proposed adoption of the 2023-2028 TCIP. The public hearing will be part of a regular public meeting, which will start at 6:30 PM. WRITTEN COMMENT: Written public comment will be accepted until 5:00 pm June 7, 2022 (the day of the meeting). Submit your written comments by email to the City Clerk at lhachey@sammamish.us and citycouncil@sammamish.us.


VERBAL COMMENT: Up to 3 minutes of verbal public comment may be provided per person live during the meeting.
