Town Center Groundbreaking

Come celebrate progress toward housing in Sammamish for people in all of life’s ages and stages!

A new phase of the Sammamish Town Center Project is starting and you’re invited to join the Sammamish community at a groundbreaking ceremony on Saturday, May 18 at 10 am at the corner of Lower Sammamish Commons parking lot and 222nd Place SE.

The ceremony marks the start of projects that bring a diverse range of housing choices and much needed amenities and services to our community. The Town Center is envisioned as a vibrant gathering place where generations of residents can live, work, create, and thrive.
