City Hall to function as warming center

City Hall and other public facilities are closed for typical business Nov. 20 AND Nov. 21, as crews clear away debris from last night's storm.  We encourage everyone to stay at home, shelter in place, until the roads are safe. If you need a place to warm up, City Hall will function as a warming center until 5 p.m. on both days.

Waste Management

The City of Sammamish contracts with Republic Services for residential and commercial solid waste services. Please visit the Republic Services Sammamish website for more information, including monthly recycling tips and collections information.

 

The following programs relate to waste management in Sammamish:

  • King County Re+ Program
    • Sammamish is working towards participation in King County's approach to keeping valuable materials out of the landfill to reduce climate impacts.
