Klahanie Park Drainage Improvements

Construction of the Klahanie Park drainage improvements is now complete! This project consisted of the removal and replacement of the existing natural turf surface, modifications to the irrigation system, construction of an outfield warning track and installation of new bases and plates. Construction began in September 2017 and concluded November 2017.

Project Background

Klahanie Park was built by an HOA and transferred to King County in 1994 following construction. In January 2016, Klahanie Park was transferred to the City as part of the Klahanie annexation.
