Draft Critical Areas Ordinance
The first draft of the updated Critical Areas Ordinance was brought to the Planning Commission on June 6th, 2024. The project team also created a Modifications Matrix to show the justification for all of the changes that were made to the ordinance. Next, the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 18th to make a recommendation to the City Council.
