The below meetings were held during the first phase of the project to build awareness and gather information to understand what's been effective in the Town Center and areas that could be improved to help facilitate more affordable housing and a wider variety of housing types.

In addition to the meetings above, two stakeholder workshops were held with property owners in June of 2024 to discuss the Town Center Plan & Code Amendment project and understand any barriers or challenges they are experiencing.
