City Hall to function as warming center

City Hall and other public facilities are closed for typical business Nov. 20 AND Nov. 21, as crews clear away debris from last night's storm.  We encourage everyone to stay at home, shelter in place, until the roads are safe. If you need a place to warm up, City Hall will function as a warming center until 5 p.m. on both days.

SAMM Apartments

SAMM Apartments is located in the northeast quadrant of the Town Center. It offers 92 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments (including 18 affordable units). It also offers 14,245 square feet of commercial space currently occupied by Bright Horizons.

The development has a number of sustainable features. They include green roofs and recycled and/or low-volatile organic compounds (VOC) building materials and finishes. Green roofs are beneficial for stormwater management.

In addition, the wetland on the property is enhanced with additional native plantings. They supplement existing vegetation and replant areas disturbed by construction activity. A public trail and bridge crossing connects the building to 228th Avenue across the wetland to the west.
