Sammamish Townhomes

Project Description

Sammamish Townhomes is a mixed-use development located in the southeast quadrant of the Sammamish Town Center.  The neighborhood includes 6,500 square feet of commercial space located in 13 live-work units. This is in addition to 62 townhomes for a total of 75 units.  An affordable housing program, consistent with the City of Sammamish's established goals provides for 7 affordable units.  The development has several public and private open space areas, connected by a system of pedestrian sidewalks and walkways.
