Sky Sammamish

Project Description

SKY Sammamish is a mixed-use building housing 159 units (24 units are affordable) and 13,000 SF of retail space. Amenities include a fitness area, lounge, outdoor recreation pavilion, sport court, and BBQ area. SKY Sammamish also includes sustainable features such as:

  • 100% LED lighting;
  • water cistern that reuses stormwater for toilets;
  • Energy Star appliances; and
  • electric car charging stations.
