Brownstones East
Project Description
The Brownstones East project (PSUB2019-00563) is in the southwest quadrant of the City of Sammamish’s Town Center Sub-Area. The applicant is proposing to 48 multi-family (townhome) lots on property zoned TC-A1 south of SE 4th Street and north of the Lower Sammamish Commons. This aligns with the City's Town Center Plan and vision of generating more varieties of housing choices within Sammamish
The townhomes will create a suitable transition to the higher-density mixed-use community proposed for the TC-A1 zone to the east.
